Cardio Tennis, Tennis and Boot camp style exercise, Atlanta tennis group, the weekend schedule will be Saturday 11am at the Brookhaven Condo Peachtree Road 30324 1 pm Buckhead area , Sunday 11am Druid Forest Condos on North Druid Hills 30329. Cardio Tennis Returns at Night, Group Tennis and group exercise classes

Hello Atlanta Tennis Group the Cardio Style tennis group which has been running because of our some what Chilly Atlanta nigts is returning in the Evening to parks and tennis complexes around Buckhead and Atlanta GA. Right now the classes are scheduled for Monday, Tues, and Wednesday at 7:20 pm at various courts around Buckhead, please contact me for a RSVP. These classes include tennis instruction, and tennis play but also include phsycal exercise.

Tennis Hitting drill, hitting off a tennis wall

Hello Atlanta Tennis group, a great drill for working on your game when you don't have a partner, I love and even use with my tennis clients is simply hitting off a tennis wall, like I did with clients just hit off the retaining wall at the courts we were at. I find hitting Volley or half-volley is best the most useful drill, Simply either drop feed or air feed to yourself just keep the ball in play as long as possible. This is great for working on volley techique and tennis quickness. One thing to keep track of is to make sure that you keep your wrist and this will keep the the tennis ball in play. This is a great drill to work on your tennis volley swing and tennis quickness and tennis agility drill.

Group tennis and cardio type tennis, returning for the weeknights

Hello Atlanta tennis group, I pretty much have gone all winter with my day-time tennis and exercise groups, now that the weather is warming up and we have more light, happy to announce the weeknight group tennis, Cardio Styled Cardio tennis is coming back, Monday, tuesday and Wednesday at 7:20 Buckhead and Midtown area Mostly, but am available to bring the tennis instruction and group fitness all over the Midtown, Buckhead, up to Perimeter Mall, The Vinings, Smyrna areas of Atlanta Ga.
