Tennis Hitting drill, hitting off a tennis wall
Hello Atlanta Tennis group, a great drill for working on your game when you don't have a partner, I love and even use with my tennis clients is simply hitting off a tennis wall, like I did with clients just hit off the retaining wall at the courts we were at. I find hitting Volley or half-volley is best the most useful drill, Simply either drop feed or air feed to yourself just keep the ball in play as long as possible. This is great for working on volley techique and tennis quickness. One thing to keep track of is to make sure that you keep your wrist and this will keep the the tennis ball in play. This is a great drill to work on your tennis volley swing and tennis quickness and tennis agility drill.
