here's a tip to work on your serve during the winter break Toss your toss at 11:00 for the right handed server, 1:00 for the left handed tennis player, Also if your practice your toss the better it will get better quicker, find a spot on your ceiling and toss towards that spot, like 100 reps a day. and rememeber keep up the cardio, 30-40 minutes a day
