Tennis tip, Don"t watch the other player, watch the Ball

I learn from my players on all the time, one of my players, Jennifer was pointing out to me not watch your opponent but rather there Racket and flight of the ball Seems like a simple thing,(I had not even considered, it because I have played so long that you don’t” focus on the other player but rather the flight on the racket to and then the ball) but how often are we watching the other tennis player, they can diseave, either on purpose but also by accident; but where there racket is and following the flight of the ball will give you that first step that is so critical to getting into the proper position on the court. Have a good match!.
